Shipping and Returns

We currently only deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, and several countries in Europe.

UK Customers:
We are still working on your new Brexit VAT Laws. So far we have found that if you keep your orders small, there are little to no issues. On some occasions you might have to pay an additional fee to get the package released from customs. Just remember, we have no control over the shipment once it leaves the US and almost no guidance or help at this point. Order at your own risk, no refunds.

Orders from within the US

Shipping time

All items will be shipped as standard mail via USPS or UPS. We usually ship our items within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Should there be a delay, we will notify you per the email you provided (Please make sure you give us the right email!). Please keep in mind that this is a website for aviators, run BY aviators so sometimes a weather or layover delay while we are out flying can keep us from getting back to the office now and then. The total shipping time depends on your location. In 99% of all cases the mailing will reach you in 1 to 2 weeks. In the unlikely event that you haven't received your order after two weeks, please be patient for another couple of days, because even if you contact us, there is no way we can speed things up. But so far, in all our business history, there has never been a case of a lost parcel. However, we will provide tracking info when your package leaves our warehouse which will be sent to the email address you provided.

Shipping and handling costs

We charge no handling fee and offer almost free shipping (only $0.99USD!) for orders of $60.00 USD or more! For all other orders, we have to add the shipping cost to the total amount of your order. Here is a list of the postage, depending on the order total:

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! That's the bottom line, hands down! If you are not, for any reason, send it back. We will refund your money (total purchase price plus original shipping cost). Please do so within 7 days of receipt. And, by all means, let us know why you were dissatisfied. We do not refund shipping costs on refund/exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs, please contact us ASAP. The returned product should be in its original condition or as close to it as possible. T-shirts and clothing must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Original tags must still be attached. Pack your item(s) in a shipping box or envelope and insure your package to the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via email.

*Please Note: Since almost all of our patches are collector items in very limited quantities we CAN NOT guarantee providing you with a replacement patch should something go wrong during the shipping process.

Orders from Canada

Shipping time

All items will be shipped as standard mail via USPS. We usually ship our items within 3 workdays of receipt of your order. Anytime this changes we will post it on the shop-homepage. The total shipping time depends on your location, the reliability of your local postal services and luck. In 99.9% of all cases the parcel has reached its goal, but we are unable to give you a guarantee and shipping times are hard to predict. E.g. shipments to Japan are known to be swift and reliable, whereas we have already had a parcel go missing in South Africa. We're working on adding a parcel delivery service feature as a shipping option, but until then you will have to try your luck. A little note on holiday shipping: If you are ordering internationally around the holidays, especially Christmas, make sure you do it early. "AVIATORwebsite" will not guarantee on-time delivery for any orders placed after November 26th. It's out of our hands at this point and it happens every year.

* CANADA CUSTOMERS: We are currently pre-paying duties and taxes! Shipping to Canada has gone insane recently! We are trying to work out how to handle all these new costs and taxes so you don't have to. But we might have to increase total shipping costs because of the changes! (as of Sep 2023)

We charge no handling fee, but have to add the shipping cost to the total amount of your order. For orders exceeding $100 USD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $29.95 USD. Here is a list of the postage, depending on the order total:

Return Policy

All orders can be cancelled for 100% refund prior to the time it has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment returns and exchanges must be completed according to our policy. We currently do not accept any returns nor give a money back guarantee on international shipments.

International Shipping

We have only recently made our items available to buyers across the globe and only several selected countries thus far. If you can't obtain a shipping quote during the check-out process, your country might not be on our list yet. Please write us so we can add you country in our system. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms for international shipping. This will help us keep our items available to international buyers. If you cannot abide by these terms, please do not make this purchase.

Shipments to the UK, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, FRANCE and Canada are currently taking a LONG time to arrive. Please expect longer delivery times in those areas.
International First Class Mail:This service offers an average 5-20 day delivery with in-transit tracking. If a package does not arrive within 30 days, we can arrange for a refund or replacement. It is our preferred method for sending packages of 0.5 pounds or under and it is what you pay for during check-out. We make no money on a "handling fee" just simply cover our shipping costs.
We will deliver your item to the post office quickly, but any time you are dealing with two post offices, two governments, customs clearance, and thousands of miles of distance - items can take a while to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please ask for a shipping quote for Express Mail. Please understand that once we give your package to the postal service, we have no control over how the postal service routes your package or how long customs takes to clear the package for delivery.
The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence.)These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. As a seller we have no way of knowing if your government will charge you these taxes, or how much they will be. You are responsible for all taxes and duties.

Some countries have restrictions on what may be imported into that country - please make sure you can legally import the item before you bid.Some countries have size restrictions on packages. If you are ordering large items such as airplane kits, please contact us before you bid so we can make sure the item can be shipped to you as there are size restrictions to some countries.
